Because SourceLab provides downloadable digital goods, refund requests are handled carefully and may be limited once access to the source archive has been granted.
General Rule
All purchases of digital products are generally final once the download has been delivered or access has been granted.
Refunds may be considered where required by applicable law or where there is a verified technical or billing issue.
Eligible Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, failed delivery caused by platform error, materially broken files, or accidental purchases reported promptly.
Requests should include the purchase email address, order details, and a short explanation of the issue.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are typically not provided for change of mind, lack of needed features where the listing was accurate, or incompatibility with custom environments not stated on the product page.
Refunds are typically not provided after significant use, repeated download activity, or confirmed access to functioning source archives unless required by law.
Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. SourceLab may request additional information to verify the order and investigate the issue.
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible.
