License Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

This License Policy explains what customers may and may not do with source code products purchased through SourceLab unless a product page states otherwise in writing.

License Grant

Unless otherwise stated, purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased source code for the license holder's own internal projects or client work.

The license applies only to the specific purchaser or authorized organization associated with the purchase.

Permitted Use

Customers may modify, adapt, and integrate purchased source code into their own products or client deliverables.

Customers may use the purchased code as a starting point for commercial or internal applications, subject to the restrictions below.

Restricted Use

Customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share, or make the original source archive available as a standalone product or competing template.

Customers may not claim authorship of the original product assets, previews, or packaged source archive where doing so would be misleading.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain with the original rights holder.

A purchase grants a license to use the product under the stated terms; it does not transfer copyright ownership.

Violations

Violation of this policy may result in suspension of download access, termination of account access, and further enforcement where appropriate.
