This policy explains what information SourceLab collects, why it is used, and how downloads, accounts, payments, and private source files are protected.

Information We Collect

Account information such as your email address, username, and authentication details.
Purchase records including the source package purchased, license type, amount paid, and download count.
Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and security logs needed to keep the service reliable.
Files and metadata uploaded by administrators, including application titles, tags, previews, platform labels, and private source archive paths.

How We Use Your Information

To create and secure your account.
To process purchases, subscriptions, and payment confirmations.
To give you access to paid downloads through short-lived signed links.
To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized downloads, and misuse of private storage.
To improve the browsing, account, admin, and download experience.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle. SourceLab does not store your full card number or payment card security code.
We store payment-related identifiers, purchase status, and amount paid so we can confirm ownership and provide re-download access.
Paddle may process personal information according to its own privacy and checkout policies.

Cookies And Sessions

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect account-only pages.
We may use local browser storage to remember interface preferences such as dark mode.
You can clear cookies in your browser, but doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers needed to run the store, such as Supabase, Paddle, and Vercel.
We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

Your Choices

You can access your account and download history from the account and downloads pages.
You can request account deletion or data correction by contacting the site owner.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails if marketing emails are added in the future.

Security

We use private storage for paid original files and signed URLs for download access.
Admin and account routes are protected by authentication checks.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design the store to limit access to sensitive files and account data.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy when the store changes or when legal, payment, or hosting requirements change.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
